7 In Food

MEDITERRANEAN ANTIPASTA

 I made this the other night for Jane and me.  It’s our favorite meal, and so nice to have outdoors with the cooler weather we’ve had.  Instructions at bottom…. Olives, roasted red peppers with balsamic vinegar, roasted garlic, and hummus. I also used an organic goat cheese from Latte Da Dairy just up the road from me.  All of their cheeses are great!
