This recipe is my mom’s.  Everyone in my family loves, loves brussel sprouts!!  We eat them all the time. PAN SEARED BRUSSEL SPROUTS One pound of brussel sprouts Olive oil for the skillet Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Peel outer leaves off brussel sprouts, trim the bottoms, then score with an X.
