It’s Beginning to Look a Lot like (Highlander) Christmas IMG_1937

buy gabapentin online Yes it’s true it was 107° here last Friday, but that didn’t stop me from getting fired up for Christmas. I started preparations months ago in anticipation for my first ever, but soon to be annual, Highlander Christmas!! From pulling my Pinterest board together to scouring eBay for Tartan throws; I am nearly Christmas ready. I spent many days this summer digging through bins of thrift store silver and now am the proud owner of a mighty collection of goblets and flatware.

Other consistent themes are horns, funky family portraits for instant old world relatives, and candelabras galore! With a few trips in the pipeline, and knowing what a procrastinator I naturally am, this year I am determined to pull off this Christmas feat.

In keeping with this theme, we’ve also designed and had our own pillows created from vintage throws.

I wanted to share some of our preparatory pre-festivities in hopes of inspiring other Christmas-crazy cohorts to do the same. My friend Sarah Winchester was inspired by some of the early photos that I shared on Instagram and threw a birthday event in this Scottish Style!

In the upcoming months, we will be designing and creating six spaces. I’m so excited to share little unveilings along the way and sneak peaks from behind the scenes on our snapchat (@atlantishome)! Our full inspiration boards are on Pinterest and the complete looks will be posted on Instagram!
