http://pratergroup.co.uk/wp-json/oembed/1.0/embed?url=http://pratergroup.co.uk/projects/ I absolutely love it when my two favorite worlds collide! Take thrift store art and plastic dinosaurs. Two of my favorite things. I’ve been dying to create some whimsical art using thrifted landscape paintings and plastic dinos. I think this project is a great idea for a child’s room or even teenager’s. I even ended up using one in my kitchen!
To create this look, I hit two thrift stores and two local antique malls to collect all of the art. I kept all paintings under thirty dollars. There are only four components necessary. Thrifted art, plastic toys, a glue gun, and an Exacto knife. You will want to flatten some of the plastic toys
I’ve included some closeups so you can see what a truly fun project this is. So easy, you can include the kids too.
Here’s one final look. I added these cute wooden pieces – I found them in my thrifting journeys and thought they completed the look! Enjoy!
