Carol made this delicious biscotti on one of our many recent snow days.  I think it lasted less than two hours.  We used the recipe that Joy the Baker had recently posted.  Carol and I love Joy the Baker–she’s smart, funny, and has very tasty recipes with great photography.  For the peanut butter pecan biscotti recipe–go here.

    They look like the Italian cantucci which are made with almonds.

    I don’t think I’ve ever tried peanut butter biscotti before, sounds delicious, especially with hot chocolate!
