fleeringly I apologize for not posting lately, I have no excuse really other than getting over a nasty cold I picked up in NY. So–I have a nice long outfit post, I hope will make up for my absence.
Yesterday Jane and I went to the lake to shoot. The weather has been so beautiful! Wearing old turquoise beads, and concho belt I had made for me years and years ago. Flannel shirt from WGACA warehouse, J.Crew skinny cords.
Vintage fur purchased on eBay, and leather covered beads were a gift from the wonderful jewelry line, The Woods. I have known the Hecox sisters longer than the three of us would ever want to admit–we all started working in the fashion industry around the same time, and I love their jewelry. You can see their wonderful pieces locally at 4510.
Bracelets I’ve collected over the years.
Bye for now…hope everyone has a great weekend!

I am working on a research project about fashion bloggers for one of my classes and I would love to ask you a few questions. Thanks!

November 7, 2010 at 6:02 pmI adore your effortless and chic fashion sensibility! Your recipes are utterly delicious and photographs very inspiring and beautiful. May I ask what kind of camera you are currently using? I’m saving up for an SLR but so confused about what features I need. By the way, your new site is great!

November 7, 2010 at 7:07 pmThank You Christina,
Jane and I use Nikon cameras–are favorite right now is the Nikon D300, however, I think it’s best if you talk with a knowledgable camera dealer so you can get the right camera for your needs. The models are changing so fast, I wouldn’t even know which one to recommend right now. Good luck!!
