Looks like a lot of fun!! This looks like it’s near Harajuku right? I don’t know if you guys like Snoopy but there is a huge Snoopy store right across from the train station in Harajuku that I go to everytime I’m over there πŸ™‚

There’s something so alluring about Japan’s culture. It just seem so much more modern than other countries.

    moshi, moshi, judy!
i love the photos from japan.
japanese are known to be stylish/fashionista.
i agree, the cost of living in japan and buying a piece of land are very expensive.
no wonder why the houses there are tall not wide.
i read the yahoo news from yesterday, 4 towns of japan are on the top 10 of the most expensive city to live in the world.
    enjoy!

Lovely photos! I said this over on Jane’s blog, but you two have such a great relationship. It’s so great to see what fun you have. My mom and I are super close as well (and she gave me my love of fashion). Jane’s a lucky girl! (i’m sure she’s a wonderful kid too!)
Have an amazing trip. Can’t wait to see more!

The Jeans you were talking about, might be the brand of MUJI.It means ‘good quality without marks’. A Japanese brand that does not have any tag or label at all!

High standard of living? Yes, if you can afford it! Sorry, but your comment kind of upset me (I am living right now in Tokyo). If you are only gonna see Harajuku, Omotesando, Roppongi Hills, Shibuya, Ginza, than you are just seeing the things every usual tourist will see. Some people might have a high living standard, but that is only a small part of it. Go to other parts of the city ike Minowa or Ueno and look at the houses, the many homeless and you will see that definetly not everyone has a high standard of living in Tokyo!
